DRAW MY OC'S CONTEST 2017 - WINNERS ANNOUNCEMENT!!Hi everyone! I'm terribly sorry for the delay on this announcement! Due to the multiple extensions, the contest ended at a very inconvenient time for me with real life, and judging was super difficult too, I really love everyone's entries from the bottom of my heart. I want to premise this by saying I'm so, SO thankful for every single person and every single entry I received. It really means so much that anyone took the time out of their life to create artwork of my OC's. I wish I could give every single person who entered a reward, but unfortunately since it was indeed a contest (and there were a whopping 103 entries), I'm afraid I can't do that. But please know that even if your piece wasn't mentioned or didn't win, I sincerely cherish it nonetheless~ Thank you all a million times!!

I'M GIVING AWAY $115/11500 POINTS IN PRIZES AND LOTS OF ART AS WELL SO PLEASE READ EVERYTHING IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING ENTERING! 





GENERAL RULES:
  • Being a watcher is not required! (Though appreciated! :heart:)
  • You can make up to 3 entries, but only one can win!
  • Please ask before making NSFW content. Certain NSFW content may be allowed for certain characters so just ask me first!
  • As for the points/money prizes, they will be given as points - I can either use the give option if you'd like to keep it in points, or the commissions widget if you'd like to be able to withdraw it as cash. 
  • Entries are not limited to simply digital art - get creative! HOWEVER: No bases, no copying, no tracing! Be original!
  • If anyone who donated art enters and wins, I'll replace their art prize with art from me instead (the other prizes will remain the same)
  • ALL ENTRIES WILL BE ADDED TO MY CHARACTERS' TOYHOUSE PROFILES WITH CREDIT TO THE ARTIST. It will link back to your DA. If you are not okay with this, don't enter!
JUDGING: 
  • Judging will be mainly done by me, although I may have additional judges later on.
  • Will be judged based on: effort, execution, creativity, and how well you express the character!




    • You can draw ANY character of your choosing from my MAINS folder on Toyhouse! (Please don't draw any characters from any other folders.)

    • Please read their descriptions to learn about their personalities! 
    • OPTIONAL for multiple characters: Please look at their relationships section to see other characters you can draw them with (some are not mine, this is fine). If there is no relationships section, there are no other characters I have that they can be drawn with. HOWEVER, you may draw your characters interacting with mine, but make sure it makes sense for their personalities and give a reason for it.
    • VERY IMPORTANT: Please refer to the "references" section to use as your main and most accurate reference picture while drawing!




    • SHARE this contest in a journal or poll (I won't add your entry into the contest folder until you do this!)
    • That's the only requirement beforehand- after that, just make your entry!
    • Before the deadline, submit the entry publicly to DA (no sta.sh links or other sites), make sure to tag me so I see it!
    • No deleting your entry before the contest is over. If your account is deactivated at the time of the contest ending, you will not be able to win any prizes.
    • Make sure I add your entry to my favorites folder for all entries or else it may be lost! Let me know if it's not added!

The other big update is that I have decided to extend the contest 2 weeks from the original deadline- the new deadline is October 14th.
